VMI Hoppers fit all standard fork lifts and trucks, permitting instant conversion to bulk handling for housekeeping, moving material and storing material.  By placing VMI self-dumping hoppers at locations where material handling problems occur, you've provided cost efficient solutions.  When hoppers are full, your forklift operator simply picks them up on forks and moves it to where it needs to be unloaded.  After lifting the hopper to the proper height, simply tilt lift mast back and trip the latch handle, then tilt-lift mast forward.  The weight of the load rocks the hopper forward dumping, for a clean unload.  Once empty, tilt the mast backward and the hopper will rock back to upright position, latch itself and lock securely in place.  The hopper is now ready to place back in its location.

• VMI also offers a line of low profile hoppers to fit into tight, low places around a shop.  The suggested load should not exceed 1,000 lbs. maximum.  Two standard sizes available, 1/4 and 1/3 cubic yards.
